Invoicing, tax and engagement documents
Can the company issue formal invoices?
Yes. PT SPARTAN ANEKA TELEMATIKA is a legal entity with NIB 2102230105729 and a company tax number. Invoices are issued in that legal name, and we can attach the supporting documents finance teams usually request.
What are the payment terms?
Payment follows the stages of work, so you pay in step with progress. For staged projects there is usually a per-stage down payment and settlement once that stage is accepted.
Can you issue a handover record?
Yes. Each stage can end with a handover record listing deliverables, dates and test results, to match your administrative requirements.
Are prices inclusive of tax?
Our proposals state the tax treatment explicitly, so there is no gap between the proposal and the invoice.
NDA, ownership of results and responsibility
Are you willing to sign an NDA?
Yes, and we recommend it for work touching internal data or processes. We can sign your NDA, or use a mutual confidentiality agreement we provide.
Who owns the source code produced?
The client, after the relevant stage is paid. We hand over the full source code with its change history, not just compiled output.
Are there restrictions on using the results?
You are free to use the results for your organisation's purposes. We only ask that our components are not redistributed as another party's product, and that third-party components are not used outside their licences.
What if a third party claims rights over a component used?
We choose components with clear licences and record them in the documentation, so the origin of each part is traceable. If a licensing risk exists, we raise it before work starts.
Data handling and security
How is our data protected during a project?
During scoping we agree which data may be processed, where it is stored and who may access it. We use sample data when testing does not require the real thing, and return all access at the end of the engagement.
Is our data used to train AI models?
We do not train models on client data. Data is used only as context while processing requests, under the terms of the chosen model provider and our agreement with you.
Can you use models running on our own infrastructure?
Yes, and we recommend it for data that must not leave your network. The trade-offs are hardware requirements and output quality that must be tested first.
What happens to the data after the project ends?
We destroy working copies as agreed and return files to you. The terms are stated in the agreement to avoid doubt later.
Verifying our legality
We understand procurement teams must verify vendors. Full company data — including NIB 2102230105729, the AHU certificate, tax number, registered address and KBLI business fields — is published openly on our corporate site:

Communication, time zones and language
Which languages do you use?
Indonesian and English, for both discussions and documents. Tell us your preference in your first message.
How do you handle time zones?
We are based in WIB (UTC+7) and adjust meeting times to your time zone, including outside WIB business hours when necessary.
How quickly do you reply to email?
We reply on business days. If your question needs technical checking, we tell you how long it is likely to take.
Can we meet in person?
Yes, by prior arrangement. Our office is in Bandung Regency, West Java. Most work runs remotely, so the first meeting is usually a video call.
